How Do I Sign Up?

Go to www.flexiblepet.net and click the blue “Sign Up Today” button. This will take you to a sign up screen where you will enter information about yourself and your clinic including your professional designation (VMD, DVM, or PT). You may add other employees working in your clinic to this list. You will choose a password and what you list under “Site Address” will be the designation of your personal FlexiblePet.net webpage. Once you confirm the information you will submit the application. Once it is reviewed and accepted by our company we will send you information on how to proceed.

How Do I Add My Company Logo?

You will go to your clinics specific Flexible Pet website, for example: www.FlexiblePet.net/yourclinic/admin and there you will be able to update/change all of your clinics information. From the menu area you will choose Format. From there you will be able to upload your logo, choose your accent color and choose the outgoing email address.

How Do I Add New Clients Into The System?

You will go to your clinics specific Flexible Pet website, for example: www.FlexiblePet.net/yourclinic/admin and there you will choose “Create New Pet” from the menu bar. If it is an existing client but a new program for a different pet of that client you will choose “Create New Pet From Existing Client”. That will take you to a new screen where you can enter all of the information needed as well as upload a picture of that pet.

How Do I Add New Exercises?

You will go to your clinics specific Flexible Pet website, for example: www.FlexiblePet.net/yourclinic/admin and there you will be able to click on Exercises from the menu bar and when the list of exercises comes up there is a button at the top right hand corner that says “Create New Exercise.” This will take you to the next screen where you will be able to name your exercise as well as determine sets/reps/ hold times and then also upload your own picture or video.

What If I Need To Remove An Exercise From a Program?

You will go to your clinics specific Flexible Pet website, for example: www.FlexiblePet.net/yourclinic/admin and there you will be able to find the pet whose program you want to edit. Once you pull up that program you can choose to edit, by clicking the pencil, or delete that exercise by clicking the trashcan next to the exercise name.

What If A Clients Information Changes (Name, E-mail, Phone Number)?

You will go to your clinics specific Flexible Pet website, for example: www.FlexiblePet.net/yourclinic/admin click on Find Pet from the menu bar, once you find the pet (either by pet’s name, client’s name, phone number etc.) you will choose “Update Pet or Client Information.” Then under Client you will click the arrow down next to the client name and choose Update Client Information and make the appropriate changes. You will also have the option there to delete the client.

How Do I Send Out A Mass E-Mail to All My Clients Regarding A Special Issue?

You will go to your clinics specific Flexible Pet website, for example: www.FlexiblePet.net/yourclinic/admin click on Find Pet from the menu bar you will choose “Contact All Clients.” This will take you to a screen where you will fill in the blanks. Once you hit “Send E-Mail” it will go out to all clients.

How Do I Remove A Pet From The List?

You will go to your clinics specific Flexible Pet website, for example: www.FlexiblePet.net/yourclinic/admin click on Find Pet from the menu bar, once you find the pet (either by pet’s name, client’s name, phone number etc.) you will choose “Update Pet or Client Information.” Then under Pet you will click the arrow down next to the pet name and choose Update Pet Information and make the appropriate changes. You will also have the option there to delete the pet.
